Q: How do I place an order?

A: To place an order, simply follow the steps below for a seamless ordering experience:

  • Select the item you wish to place an order for
  • Add the item to your shopping cart.
  • Click on your shopping cart and click ‘proceed to the checkout’.
  • Enter your billing & shipping details and any applicable coupon codes.
  • Select your method of payment – credit card details will be entered on the same page.
  • Local Pick up is available and you can select delivery or local pick-up on this page.
  • Yahoo! You’ve successfully placed an order. You will be able to view your order # and order details on the final screen. You’ll also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided by you at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?

A: Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways –

    1. After you log in to your Arya’s boutique account, go to the ‘My Account’ page and find the order number your wish to track. Click on ‘Track my order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status.
    2. Alternatively, you may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time on the service provider’s website

In cases where our website can’t link to the courier service providers’ website in real-time, we will share the AWB number and the provider’s name with you via test message or email. To track your shipment status, all you need to do is –

    1. Go to the service provider’s website
    2. Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and check the status
Q: I've placed an order, when will I receive it?

A: We process and ship every order within 24 – 48 hours of receiving it. Your order will get delivered within 3-6 business days depending on your location in Melbourne. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.

For National orders, the average delivery time is 5-12 business days depending on the location of residence/ delivery.

Q: How will my order be delivered to me?

A: We at Arya’s boutique work with Sendle as our delivery partner. Your order will be dispatched through their couriers. You’ll also be receiving a tracking number in your shipment confirmation e-mail so you may also keep track on your order status.

Q: Do I need to make an account to shop at Arya's boutique?

A: No, you do not need to make an account to shop with us. However, registering an account with us allows for a faster checkout and personalized recommendations catered to your style. You’ll also be able to view the current, real-time status of your order within your Arya’s boutique account. When checking out as a Guest, we’ll always give you the option to register your account in-case you change your mind.

Q: Do you offer any coupons or special deals for your customers?

A: Yes, we do offer coupons and special deals for our customers. You may sign up for our newsletter to view these special deals from time to time. However, please note that discount codes are only available on our website and are not applicable on custom orders.

Q: How can I care for my purchase?

A: We would recommend dry cleaning all embellished outfits. Outfits of cotton/digital print should only be washed in cold water.
